Im wondering if there are programs during the summer primarily to study, I can't really go this summer, as I already have plans, but still I'd like to give it a shot next year. By that time I will be 20 years old. Im looking for something intensive, wanna study my arse off hehe

Check with your local colleges to see if they have any programs where Japanese students come to your country for a summer program. My local college has a program every summer where they bring about 30 Japanese students to Maine for a month or two. They look for local homes for the students to stay at. For almost 5 summers in a row, we had students stay at my house and it was a ball. My wife and I got to show them around Maine and help them with their English.

Thank You very much, my only problem is that I applied to 5 universities, so well... I might end up in five different locations hehe But Thank You, guess i'll have to check each and every one

How did they like Maine by the way?
Just curious. Wonder how they felt in "gaijinland" hehe
