Please help with constructing short phrase

I'm trying to write a simple Japanese phrase with the following criteria:
- Must be 7 or 8 syllables, preferably 7
- Must end in something that rhymes with "no", eg "no", "ko", "yo", "ro", etc
- Something romantic/tragic, but not too simple like "I love you" please
Friend told me "kimi ga daisuki da yo", but that means just "I love you" right or something like that?

How can you construct a sentence without knowing the core of it?

I believe more additional information would result in an answer as Japanese is very contextual.

I suspect a desire for a purely decorative Japanese throwaway line for an English song, in which case it doesn't matter so long as it fits the rhythm and rhymes.

Japanese pop/rock songs have a rich tradition of including totally nonsensical English throwaway lines, so it would be sort of nice to see the shoe on the other foot.

On the other hand, OP, if this is for a Japanese song you needn't bother rhyming it. If you ever want to have a frustrating time try explaining to people in japan both what rhyming is and why we feel a need for our poems and songs to have rhyming patterns. If you have time left over, explain to the J-Rap crowd what an incredibly easy time they have of it since all they have to do is dress like American street urchins and mimic gang signs, without the hassle of trying to think up rhymes on the fly.

You want tragic romance in seven syllables, with that specific rhyme? I challenge anybody to top this one: 二人で死のう (futari de shinou).

All I wanted to do was write a short poem composed of different languages. I've got Chinese, English, French, and Korean, now I just need Japanese (and German but asking others for help on this one). It's just a 7-syllable phrase, if you think helping someone with a 7-syllable phrase for free is asking you to donate your creativity or whatever I'm not forcing you to help. And for the rhyming, I think I know the reason why it has to rhyme, including making it sound better, thank you very much but no thanks on the tip on it doesn't have to rhyme. I've listened to my share of J-pop already so please don't give me a lecture on Japanese poems and music.

If someone asked me for a short paragraph in Chinese I'd gladly translate or even write it. I'm asking for a 7-syllable phrase, 3-4 words for god's sake.

Get your panties out of your crack. Nobody beefed about helping you. I gave you the perfect tragic romance in seven syllables and you don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge it.

If you wish to constrain topic drift then it is incumbent upon YOU to include enough information to forestall conjecture. And learn to READ posts you are responding to; I never told you not to rhyme your little project.

People like you are perfect examples of why it is usually a thorough waste of time trying to help people who sign up just to ask one question.

And she's a he. Definite comedy (viz. Shakespeare).

And she's a hundred miles away. Adventure.

There's a lot of missing context that can really affect things. Phrases rarely exist in total vacuum.

And I did in seven measly syllables what it took Shakespeare the entirety of Romeo and Juliet to say and he didn't even see it!
