Please help to identify

Good afternoon!
We've got the beatifull Japanese music and unfortunately can not identify the name of the female singer and songs names and disc name in whole (totally 6 tracks).
2 tracks - women sings, 2 tracks - the same melodies, but without vocal, and the last 2 - karaoke versions (some gentlman teaches how to sing these songs, and after every string he says "Hai!".
Would you kindly listen to the attached sample and let me know, what is this fantastic music.
