i'm doing a project regarding social rules of japan and singapore, in japanese. i'm tackling the usage of keigo first. can anyone help me check if this conversation sounds ok?

客: このレストランは何が美味しいですか? ところで、このレストランの焼き物が有名だそうです

給仕: そうでございます。ここにいらっしゃったお客様は焼き 鳥と焼き肉が特別に美味しいとおっしゃいます。私も美 味しゅうとお思い致します。

客:そうだったら、焼き鳥と焼き肉にします。

給仕: はい。もう少しお待ち下さいませ。

and:

以上の会話にシンガポールと日本では、客と話す時の違いがはっきり見られる。 日本では、客と話す時、「お客様は神様です」と言う言 葉のお蔭で、丁寧にすればする程いい。その為に敬語が 使われる。知らない人と話す時、例えば客が給仕と話す 時、丁寧語が使われる。でも、シンガポールでは、客であろうがなかろうが、友達や知らない人と 話すようにSinglishが会話に入っている（ところが、大きなデパートなどでは違いかもしれない）。

also, i've heard であろうとなかろうと before. is it the same as であろうがなかろうが?

おいしゅうと思い致します I'm pretty sure is plain out wrong. おいしいと存じます would be better, but I'm not sure it would be natural.

違いかもしれない I think would be better as 違うかもしれない.

Other than that, there are a few things that look strange to me, but I couldn't tell you how to make them better with any confidence.

And yes, であろうとなかろうと is the same as であろうがなかろうが.

In the context above, 接客, sekkyaku, may be the answer. You can add "サービス" after it. 接客サービス
Or 顧客満足, kokyaku manzoku (customer satisfaction), may also be an answer for your business meeting.

Watami, a franchised pub (Izakaya), established their pubs in China and Hong Kong.
They take your orders on their bended knees. Watami is not a super expensive pub, but just an ordinary one. But I heard it causes a survice war in Hong Kong.
