Dear friends.

I recently bought a picture album where there are some sent off ceremony pictures. Would really appreciate your help in getting some information from them as a location, or soldier name or the kind of ceremony that it may be as it were very crowded.

It's a ceremony of going to war. The soldier's name is 海老根眞雄 Ebine Masao. There is a signboard コテツイス "Kotetsu Chair" in the second picture, but I can't find any information about it. Is it possible to show us a close-up of the building on the right side of the picture?

In the same album there are some pictures that may help to get some information

Thanks Toritoribe. The album also has these stamps, any idea what they are

Those are all commemorative stamps of sightseeing spots. The owner of the album would collect them when visiting the spots. One of them has the date Shōwa 11 (1936), so the date of the picture in your previous post would be also Shōwa 9, i.e., 1934.
