Oricon Monthly Charts

I would like to put Oricons monthly charts on my website.
Do I need permission from them even if I link back to their site where I post their chart information?

umm...i think that's ok since you credit them.
i've seen many website do tis.
but however....i never know bout the rule anyway. have you contact the oricon? (is it posible to make a contact from oricon's website?)

i tried to contact them, but they dont respond. its a japanese website, and i dont speak japanese fluently... if not at all

well...if the chart is available on Oricon's website only, i wont take a risk by put it into my website without their permission.
but if it broadcasted on TV or radio or magazines, doesn't it mean they publishing it and let public know it?
unless you do it for comersial aim, it called piracy and infringing. but you do it for information purpose rite? i think that's ok as long as you credit and link them (things like "courtessy of Oricon.com" etc.).

but, ah, dunno anyway. better you ask to other pple who also do it..
