Oklahoma exchange student from Niihama Ehime

I had a friend in high school (1998ish) that was an exchange student from Japan. I've lost touch with him over the years but was wanting to see how he is doing. I have his address and phone number but do not believe they are his (or his parents) any more. It's very difficult to search for him as most searches lead to a site that I can not read.

Any ideas on how I could connect with him would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have called the number and I've gotten an answering machine but never a person (even being mindful of time difference). I left a voicemail but only in English.

I'll try the address again as well and see if it can get forwarded at least.
