These past few months, my japanese have been rapidly increasing, doing textbook exercises from the library, reciting everything over and over again, and many more ^-^
I have been also been analyzing japanese songs and writings :), however...

....I'm slowly realizing I'm relying too much on romaji...

You see, when I'm reading japanese (in either kana/kanji), I can only read it very slowly but only make it a random paragraph of sounds that I dont even get, until I pick them out slowly. However, when I tested the same thing with romaji, I realized its much easier, so much easier to read and speed through the text. Have this, I slowly began to rely on romaji

Due to everywhere else, people have been saying that relying on romaji isn't a good thing, and relying on kana/kanji is what should have been done. But either way, as I practice new words (etc) with rmaji, I noticed how fast I can pick up that word. However, when looking at kana/kanji, its so hard for me to learn and memorize that one single word....
And worse, now when I write in japanese or summarizr through the words I have learnt, its always in romaji D:::::

How do I get rid of this habit T^T ????

How do you get rid of any habit?

Stop using romaji, and study using Kana and Kanji. What an obviously answer.

And do you want more detailed and common sense instruction since you do have the ability to think for yourself.

Stop using textbook that use romaji. All reputable Japanese textbooks use kana, such as Genki and Minna no nihongo.
