Damicci basically said it. ~naru: -with a noun, u add 'ni' before naru ex: I will become a doctor. = watashi wa isha ni narimasu. -with an -i adj, u take off the the -i and add -ku ex: I will become glad/happy. = watashi wa ureshiku narimasu. -with -na adjective, u replace -na with -ni ex: I will become kind. = watashi wa shinsetsu ni narimasu.
