Is she one-legged by any chance? If she is, then you could get her a prosthetic leg - it'd make a great stocking filler.

if your'e looking for a gift wich they don't have in japan i'd say some good fries, but i think they'd be cold before u get there.
um i don't really know much about presents for girls

maybe wine or something... or a teddy bear, someting that she can remember you by even when your'e back in belgium.
