Do you have any?

Mine:

1: Improve Japanese speaking (as priority over general improvement)

2: Improve Farsi speaking

3: Start to learn German

4: Make more time for old friends

5: Save money

6: Be more social

7: Complete all Zelda games I own

8: Develop better relationship with family

- Improve my English (reading,speaking,writing,grammar).
- Find better job.
- Get new Car.
- Reading books especially (One Thousand and One Nights).
- Get new laptop.
- Travel to some places.
- Move out Saudi Arabia.

For the record, this sort of thread doesn't belong in Serious Discussion. It's a list thread, and therefore more suited to Chit Chat & Misc. Just for future reference, okay?

The only Zelda game I have not completed is Wind Waker, and that's because I'm not terribly fond of cel shading. What ones haven't you completed?

- Improve my English (reading,speaking,writing,grammar).

If I can help you with that, let me know.

- Move out Saudi Arabia.

Where do you want to move to?

My new year resolutions are somewhat odd, folks. One of them is typical, but that would be about the only one. My first resolution would be to play through the stack of PS3 games I have sitting behind my computer's monitor. Another would be to find a job. Another would be to help my parents ween off some meds on their long list of prescriptions. The latter is going to be really hard. One important one cannot be discussed on the forum, as it's been shown that this is not a very open minded place. And the last resolution would be to get in better shape. Which I'm actively pursuing now. All in all, I hope everyone is proud of themselves and what they've done come the end of 2011.

Now thinking about it, yes it would be more appropriate for CC&M, feel free to move it.

Quite a number actually, even though I played it a number of times I never finished Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past (although I got lost in it at some point so I guess I need to redo it) and Spirit Tracks. Also even though I never played it before I need to complete Majora's Mask which is in the Zelda Bonus disk I have (Gamecube) and I also need to play Twilight Princess too (I own the Gamecube version of that).

I loved Ocarina of Time. It surprises me, that over 10 years since it's release, you haven't beaten it yet. My favorite fight would have to be the Water Temple boss. Easiest fight would be the Great Deku Tree boss. Majora's Mask is also a great game. It was so goddamn fun to play! And it gets even better after you unlock the Fierce Deity Mask and mess stuff up way too easily. Twilight Princess was a bit of a let down for me. It was unique, great use of Gamecube's hardware to bring us such a pretty looking game, but the fights were nothing memorable. It didn't push the bar. A Link to the Past was somewhat fun for me, but Link's Awakening was more enjoyable than the former.

I hope you have fun playing them.

Thank you very much Thor,
I didn't plan yet,but maybe Qatar.

I never make resolutions as such, but I definitely need to lose some weight after the amount I've eaten and drunk through December

I've eaten sooo much within the last 4 weeks its not funny, in fact right now I'm typing after eating a meal that two people can eat and get full from.

And then there was the dessert... 👍

Thats family for ya 😊

I don't usually make a new years resolutions, because if something is worth changing, then what is the point in waiting until the next year. However in general a few resolutions I have are to improve my Japanese and German, to find a job, to be more sociable, and to read more, and to lose some weight.

as for Zelda games, my favorite is ocarina of time. that and twilight princess are the only two I have beat

Only one real resolution this year. I want to start working on my short stories again.

Well mine's kind of unusual, my resolution is to never have a boyfriend this year. Focus on my final year in school.
