Dear valued members,

please welcome our new moderators and Old JREF Hands Uncle Frank, Mars Man and Mikawa Ossan who have kindly agreed to reinforce our team here at the Japan Forum. Dave, our Dutch Baka, has taken over the burden of an Advisor, a function that corresponds to his growing activities and efforts on behalf of JREF. Thanks again to all of you!

Wow!! That's great!! Congrats!!
I am curious though. Is there like a comprehensive organogram stating who's who in this forum? And what are the "responsibility areas" of the new mods? I believe Dave was (co)responsible for the music section..
I don't mean anything with it, it's just out of pure curiosity.

So let's take this a step further.. How is your performance measured? Are you rewarded for the number of crazy people signing up to JREF Frank? Or the amount of mental damage to regular members prevented?

And how about you Mikawa? Do you have to reach a target number of towels to.. Use? Soil? Clean? What is it?

Well, I wasn't sure if I should post here or what-have-you, so I didn't for a while. The truth is, well, like KAGOME25, I also had nothing to hide--I thought, at least. Then along came Uncle Frank, and he said 'what are you, crazy or something?'...followed by Mikawa Ossan who kindly handed me a towel to cover up what I had thought I hadn't had to hide...and so...here I am.

I'll do my best. . . getting used to the details little by little. I say thanks for those on the JREF team for allowing me the priviledge. MM
