New kid on the block

Hi all. Just signed up with this forum. Hoping I can get some questions answered. My son is into Karate and is now a third degree Purple Belt. He is starting sword Katas end of the month and am hoping I can get help with some sword info. From cleveland, Ohio. Closest I've been to Japan was one of my wifes relatives spent the summer there a couple of years ago.

I'm sorry, I know nothing about Karate or sword, but I just wanted to say hi because I liked the title of this thread!

It reminds me of a pop music group in the '90s.
Back then, I was into their music and liked the song called "Please don't go girl".
