Thank you very much for this information, Damicci san !! I appreciate your caution in wading into a state of affairs about which you have no detail of chronological events that have come about so as to leave the state of affairs as such.
There has been some problems, some heavy and drawn out effort and discussion. As you will note, nekocat has been temporarily banned. She may come back on line after the ban expires--which is not so long away, actually.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could only inform us as to whom--if any--person or persons may have been charged with stalking. If that person is myself, then a simple, 'yes, it's you' will do.
This is too bad, in my opinion, that the circumstances had to come to this, but it had most clearly been due to a lack of consideration for anything otherwise, on her own behalf. MM

no one is banned on JREF unless they break the rules. The person receives several warnings usually. Usually a vote is taken by admin staff after long discussion and all other methods fail. To staff here, banning is similar to execution and always a sadly taken last step. Most of the admin staff have been on JREF several years and we know who fits and who will not fit in. Sometimes we have to do things with the good of all the members of JREF in mind and it means banning a person. Believe me, if you see "BANNED" under a user name, there is a good reason for it.
