Need more translation

I need a little more help in translating for my novel. Here it is:

First Setting: WWII Battlefield
(Soldier, calling out to his compatriots to stop them from firing)
Everyone! Stop firing! It's me! Matsushima!

Hold your fire! (military man, commanding his subordinates)

And this one's just in a setting where there are a lot of crying (grief)
Darling, I love you (as in husband to wife or vice versa)

Anyway, I'd just like it if you translate 'Darling' for me, as in a pet name between husband and wife. Is it Hanata? Or something? Heard it in Ranma 1/2

I would like to make certain what you mean by 'hold your fire'.
Do you mean by that 'cease the fire'? If not, I would be sorry for having made a mistake
and like to ask you to inform me of another expression for 'hold your fire' to obtain a correct translation.
Rumiko Takahashi, the author of Ramma 1/2 had been using the word 'Darling'
in one of her anime works 'Urusei yatsura' (the englich version: 'Lum', 'Lum returns')
without translating it into japanese to call her allegedly fiance Ataru Morboshi.
I think therefore it appropriate not to translate this 'Darling' into japanese.
You would pronounce 'daarin'.

The use of あなた can be darling between a married or close couple. It was used a lot in "Ai Yori Aoshi" in Kaoru's dreams.
