Need help renting from CHINTAI people!!

Hello everyone! I need help with renting funished apartment (for 2 weeks in March)

I sent out several emails over the last week to 3 chintai places (Oakwood, monthly chintai, and another one, don't remember the name of it) but so far receiving 0 replies! Is it because their policy do not allow renting to foreigners who are living abroad or what is it??? I need to find a place desperately since my ticket is already confirmed. THANX A MILLION!!!
