Need help identifying

I tried some anime sites, typed in what words I could make out (I've even learned a few terms), but probably should have just found a place like this and asked before trying to learn Japanese to identify a song.

I listened to the song, and try to think whom it might be... but I have no idea besides that it is a girl band, and the song is probably around 10 years old... I guess.
