Naniwabushi

Since this word in romaji is not present on this site, I thought it time to add it. Also I'd like some supplemental information. This is a question from a survey and the authors use naniwabushi as the translation as if it's a well known word like kaizen. But I don't think the average reader would know it, even those that work with Japanese. What would be a better translation that an English speaking audience would understand? How about "Using a sense of duty or empathy in order to get concessions"?

Thank you. So this makes me wonder if this term is used in a business sense in Japan at all. Maybe not so much?

Your translation is excellent, but there is a typo/misuse in the given translation. Concession is 譲歩. 譲渡 means transfer (of real property or right, for example in business).

Naniwabushi is understandable enough, but I don't think it's frequently used in a business scene.
