Naming the mysterious song help

I hope this is not going against the rules or anything, because I believe imeem is legit. However if this is against the rules then I apologize.

Can someone please tell me who is singing this and what the song is? It says its by Air and the song is called Other Remixes, but I think its incorrect, all the checking I did on the internet came up with nothing. I'm guessing the song has been renamed from something else, but I'm not so into Jpop so I have no clue who it is.

Help please, I like this song a bunch!

This is where google is useful. I googled the lyrics and apparently it's a song called "Around the mind" by 窶懌?｡窶堙昶?堙｢窶堋ｦ窶堋｢ﾅｽq (Shimamiya Eiko).
