What is the condition of relations between N & S Korea?

It would seem to me, those 2 are the only ones that really matter
in the whole situation.

Is the "Sunshine Policy" still in effect?

Specifically,
any South Koreans out there wanting to comment?

Personally, I don't read it as that.

Given the way the US - government that is - has been acting in its
foreign policy, 'my way or the highway'....
is it any wonder Koreans view their family as...family?
(Oh, and US supporting dictatorships in S Korea and the IMFing their
economy during the 90s financial crisis)
