I tried purchasing this past paper online, but my transaction is rejected, how can I resolve this?

It says they accept 10 different credit cards or US dollars. I don't suppose you have access to a major credit card ?
 
Normally I wouldn't recommend this, but if it's for a specific one-time purchase...

Can you get a prepaid or preloaded credit card and just use that? I've seen them at Walmart, and I'm sure they're available in other places as well if you look hard enough.

Looks like all major name credit cards have been closed down for Iran. Google mentions Shetab , Mah Card and Iran Tourist Card. I have a feeling they would not be accepted anywhere but the Mideast area so not much help.
