The musicians and actors in Japan are not so free, like musicians in Europe and USA.
They have strict rules, and they must follow them, and when they break the rule, they must pay really high sanctions and they are punished, sometimes, they are forced to leave showbiznes... one of the rules is: dont be public with your personal live, and yes, marriage ist FORBIDDEN - it is written in the contract. It sounds cruelly, but it is common praxis in Japan - when you want to be a star in Japan, you must pay this tribute. And I know, that all musicians in PSC company have it so. (when you wanna marry somebody, it is very hard to do that with agreement of the company, and it is very slow and forethought process, but it is not impossible!!!!!!)
By this action, his marriage before leaving PSC company, he endangered his career in Japan.
Breach of contract is in Japan understand like betrayal of community, as a result of this action can be not only damage of the name of artist, but also a discreditation of the company.

Like all of you, I do not know the FACTS. I choose to remain silent and not say congratulations or anything like that. For all we know, the whole marriage thing...*gasp* might be forced.

I know her, because I introduced her to Jrock and she introduced me to Myv.
We love(d?) him. I doubt anyone in this thread has more MYV related pics, PV´s music or informations than we two. I read his every blog, followed every.
And we both wished for him to find a girl to love and have a family.

As was said, business is SOOOO different thing in Japanese...just how much do you know about Japan, outside Jrock? Just m´how much you know about the loyality and historical development of Japan with it´s ie-system?

wouldn't wanna share some thing happy
- i don't remember him to be happy for a looong time. he seems to be much concerned with the consequential problems, then just be a happy husband and father.

so you know exactly that he was concerned because of the consequential problems? you know that he wasnt just not happy because he wanted to change something or was betraying his fans by hiding that he has a gf? maybe he's with melody for years, who knows. all we know about her are rumors, nothing else. maybe they want a family for so long and it just wasnt possible? like i said, we dont know anything for sure.

oh...I am relieved to see, that sense is slowly returning among fans...

you didn´t read properly what I wrote again, did you? Where did I say that only I am true fan AND YOU not?
I just don´t want you to accuse me (possibly, I didn´t say you did, but I don´t want to get acused of something like this, because it is obviously not true) of being jealous because he married someone, because it offends my intelligence.

I never said that you were jealous because he married someone. I said that in general that people are jealous and spread rumors etc... Its just really exhausting that people always only speak about the negative sides and just cant be happy for once.

because the world isn´t a happy place. And things like this aren´t happy things. Obviously, because there wouldn t be such an uproar.
I don´t see only the negative side. He wanted a baby. He´ll get one. That is the greatest thing, that could happen to him.
But there are consequences, that aren´t so happy at all.
and he is aware of it, you can see it in his blogs.

Olosta I never said that the world was a happy place. I too know that he has to take the consequences of what he is doing/did. So he had to leave PSC, but on the other hand: marriages are not the only thing PSC forbids. There are alot of constraints for the artists there. So why not seeing the building of his own company as a new abilty to make things better? Why not see it as a great chance for him to change things? Of course he struggles but who in life doesnt? The only thing that is pissing me off so much, is that people dont know anything yet for sure and already tell that he HAD to marry her because he knocked her up.

And we, as fans, can only help him through this hard time with supporting him and being there for him, nothing else. And once this war is over and people get used to it, he'll be also happier. Once his company is built he can continue making music, being a father and husband (if its true)

We have to wait. We will know, if she is with child, because that shows after a while, but we will never know what happened in reality, as you said.

Neither did I post a comment on his myspace nor did I send him fanmail or whatever. Of course some things dont make sense... but that doesnt need to mean that he was forced or anything like it. Maybe there are totally simple explanations for everything? But we wont know unless he tells us.
And it was worth supporting him before the marriage happened (even tho he didnt make any new music for ages) so why would that change?
