... I don't know what he is thinking. maybe it's because he and the kavki boysz broke up? or it is cuz he wants some kids and family? or he misses us and his world tour? who knows. but it makes me sad!!!

well....I thought he was depressed or something but according to my sources he was just thinking about the english language. He was thinking of how he isn't able to "speak" english...he kept on saying, "the one language I cannot speak". I think he does speak good English...and he did study English to reach out to international fans...and that is so good of him! Not many people become motivated enough to learn english for their fans..*coughcough* If i remember correctly..he have already said before that he wants to make the international komiyavi and japanese komiyavi to get along pretty well....and that is where english comes in....There is the language barrier again. Maybe that made him melancholic....he wants us to understand each other so much.

Hmm your opinion is really good. He is talking about trust and the title is to all my dear fans so I think you are right with the getting along with each other. Pretty makes sence to the title and the picture

Hm, I have always thought his English is excellent really ... his pronouncement is just fine. I know he is not comfortable with speaking English and feel awkward doing so. In some interviews he have had translators also.
I can also feel this sometimes, I can write very good English, that I know, but to talk it RL, it doesn't come that natural really ... no English is not my native language either ... not even my second language but I like to learn other languages.
I think that Miyavi with some practice will learn English just fine, he just need to keep on speaking and reading it ...
*I wouldn't mind learning Klingon, with or without Miyavi *lol*
 
I heard that he get the questions translatet befor he does the interview so he can practice the answers
But I would do that also because it's not my mother tongue and than I don't feel safe speaking english without preparing^^

But he wants to learn english so he can do it

I suppose that before an official interview it's always good to get the questions in advance, so you have a little bit more time to think about what you want to answer, with or without language a barrier.

*lol* sure, we should learn Klingon or some other alien language

It really annoys me that he named one of his things "Azn Pride".
The word "Azn" really annoys me. Especially when coupled with the word "Pride".

By the way, how many photobooks did he put out?
And an estimates as to how many photocards he has out?

I have a lot of experience with a lot of racist and Pan-Asian Americans who use the term "Azn Pride" and generally act gangster and American Afro-Urban instead of rockish.

So I cringe whenever I see it or hear it because it calls back memories of mine of a whole bunch of painful or annoying memories of mine that I wish he, as a person I like, wouldn't associate with. And the term itself sounds general Pan-Asian and racist. So if he just put out a random bunch of words he saw, that doesn't bug me so much. Sometimes "Engrish" works that way, they just choose words they think look cool. But if he chose the words knowing what they meant and understanding the associations behind them, then I've lost a little respect for him.

Wow really there is coming a 2009 calendar?! I hope its not only for japan ore FC like the 2008 >_< If i'm right he released like 4 photobooks and 6 tourbooks. I have no idea about the photocards. I don't really mind the Azn pride. I mean he says many times in interviews that he is proud to be japanese and stuff. And the albums supposed to be for korea, taiwan and japan right?

well... about the english languague, i think he speaks well.
the most part of the japanese guys can't speak so good because in their alphabet doesn't have the sound of L our v and others...
and i remember that when miyavi came to Brazil for his worldtour, the interview that MTV did with him, the guy from MTV said miyavi WANTED to answer the questions in english and i could understand the most part of it.
so... i don't think that he is so bad enought to can't communicate with his fans around the world~
ahm... for me, the title of his new CD with teddyloid is not a problem ._.'

Well, I have a bit mixed feelings about that, ok, naturally we all know he is Asian, and so many people love him, with or without that fact, I think it's totally irrelevant actually, it's ok, to be proud about being Asian, but it's just as ok to be anything else also, even an alien if you where one ... the color of the skin or the origin of your birth doesn't make you either better or worse than anybody else ...

... What I'm trying to say here really is that it's ok to be proud over your self where ever you come from but it doesn't make you any better than anybody else either where ever you come from ...
