Hi guys, i didn't write here for such a long time, however I'm always looking through your posts!!

Fish I wanted to ask if u managed to order the ticket for barcelona show? Cause I wanted to order and I had problems with my Visa as well, i was trying like 5 times but all the time my card was rejected! Did you find any solution???!!!
 
Okay, I wasnt able to order anything with the Visa, no matter how many times I tried, so I emailed them. Heres my letter and their response:

for some reason it will not accept my Visa card payment. The following text appears after I've typed in the information needed from my Visa:

NOTE! Credit card refused!. Your bank has rejected this operation. You can try again with another credit card.

I've tried to pay with another Visa card, but the same error message shows.

Am I doing something wrong? The Visa card isn't defective, since I've been able to order other items from other sites (during this day) and not recieved any problems.

Their reply was:

Dear user,

We have recently established a new method of secure payment for purchases made on the Internet: MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa.

Please ask your bank whether you need to activate this service somehow. If there is no possibility of activating this service, we inform you there is always the possibility of purchasing your tickets by phone with the traditional method of payment. In order to purchase tickets by phone from abroad you can dial either 0034 902 15 00 25 or 0034 93 492 91 80.


So, since my Visa wasnt updated I called in. I was put on line for about 8 minutes and then a spanish girl, with very poor english helped me book my tickets. I had to send them my email, since, no matter how many times I spelled out my surname she couldnt spell it right.

I've recieved my reference number and other such tings now and it's just for me to go and get my tickets at least one hour before the consert!
 
GOD!!! So complicated! I had the same problem, so I see no other way than call them as well. Thank you very much!!!!

And the last thing, cause they said on their page that around Spain there are places were we can collect tickets if u have a reference number, so do u think we can take our ticket from any of those places or only in Barcelona before the concert?

I'm sorry for all those questions but I'm so worried :?
 
Yes, from what I snapped up we can collect our tickets from loads of ticket centers in Spain.

I did email about that too^^

Their reply:

Dear customer,

You can collect your either in any of our ticket centres in Spain (until 72 hours before the event) or at the venue (any time from 1 hour before the doors open) showing the purchase reference number, the credit card used for payment and the ID card or passport of the holder.


And if any problem should appear I suppose it's just to ask the staff in Sala Apolo, or something.

I totaly understand your worry, I was frantic yesterday when my Visa Just Wound't Work.

I was wondering, you said you've got your tickets from Cologne and Munich, did you pay with Visa (or some other card)?

I'm wondering because when I try to transfer money to the bank the confrimation letter mentioned it wont work.
Bank: Commerzbank Munchen. (this thing cant spell the two dotts above u, but it's there) ( =Commerzbank of Munich? cant find that one either)
Is there such a bank? Or is there another name for it? ☝
I've tried to google up some answers, but I'm not having any luck.

And, please, anyone; what does this translate to english?

Too the bank problem:
Where the heck did you buy your tickets?
Didn`t they give you their bank details?
Well,in case of doubt you should just write Commerzbank.As far as I know that should work,too.
BUT,please ask for the bank info at where ever you bought it^^"

You were able to transfer the money? How did you get a BIC-code? Because I was not able to find the Commerzbank of Munich when I tried to find the BIC-code.

yeah one number is missing, but in our bank, they've called another and they got this number, so it was ok... at least I hope
 
Oh, okay... What was the name of the bank you sent the money to? Was it "Commerzbank of Munich" as it said in the e-mail?

And you were able to find it in the "Bic-serch" thingy? Because I'm not able to find anything like that.

The german tickets should be in my hands soon enough. I had to make a call to the german ticket office :keitai:

Yes, they did. I had trouble understanding her english though, so she offered to spell everything out!

I live in Sweden, so it's, well, remotely close to Germany. They should be here sometime next week. I'm a bit worried that the money won't be transfered untill this monday though (since the weekend's coming up).

Oh, hey btw, Somenti did you get a e-mail from ticketonline saying "we've got your money and will now be sending you your tickets" or something like that?
 
Yay, going to the Munich concert =D Filling in that form was not fun, it was all in German and I was being timed! I had to restart 'cos I wasn't quick enough the first time...

How far in advance is everyone going to the venues? I've heard of people queueing from like, 3 days before for some.. but thats different artists, venues, countries, etc. so I dunno how early to get there? I don't wanna be sat in the street for ages on my own, but I wanna be near the front! (assuming it works like that.. I havn't checked if its like, assigned seats or whatever...)
 
Yaaay my tickets just arrived *_* (4 me and a friend of mine xD). I missed Miyavi last year in Bonn beacause i didn't get a ticket. But hey, now i got one and I can see him at last *w*.
Anyway Finland here i come ~
