I'm trying to grow mine out again, I got sick of the short hair and since i've dyed it black, I want long black hair. *sigh* I was thinking of getting extensions but they're so damned expensive.

but I really like his current hair style, A LOT- so its hard to decide out of the two which one is better. xD

I think I speak for everyone when I say that you should definatly come online more often! The more people on the Miyavi thread the better!

SaphireKONKON- Miyavi's hairstyles are always so different but so Miyavi at the same time. I wonder what he'll do with his hair when he decides to change it next... Hm...

^ yes.. DLQ. not bad in my opinion. I liked the way he looked in it. the chain on the lip ring looked really good on him

I liked his DLQ days- but personally I like him a lot more now, since he has a solo career (and he's in a band as well, but anyway)- he has a lot more freedom to express himself and he doesn't really have to compromise with his music and his creativity- he can just be...himself.

I'm sick so I haven't really been on much at all today T_T

looking at old dlq pics, it always seemed like he wasn't very happy having to conform to the vkei darkness depression brooding style, it just wasn't good for him, that's why I think he wanted to go solo, so he could be his happy crazy carefree colorful self
 

That could be true, but i've also heard that he wanted to go solo even before they broke up- that's why he was signed so quickly to PS Company. And the fact that he wrote a lot of the songs and often the band changed the lyrics to fit their 'image' and Miyavi didn't want to compromise so thus..the ending of Due La Quartz, or so i've heard.

Besides that- at the time that Due La Quartz broke up Miyavi was just 21 (turning 22 the next month I think) and early in his music career, he probably wanted to develop his own music style and sense of self and be known as "Miyavi" instead of "just another member of Due La Quartz".

Anyway- enough of my speculation. Lol

Ahhh....but the PV for Gigpig boogie( ) and Boogie woogie( ) are different PV's.


...I like Boogie Woogie, but not as much as Gigpig boogie. I didn't put Boogie Woogie on the list, I think...hm.....

Speaking of Due Le Quartz... I never really liked their music style .___.; They looked nice though xD
I never heard about the lyrics changing thingy, I knew that Miyabi wrote most of their songs, but changing them for their image... O___O I can totally see that happen :/ Poor Miyabi *pats head* Thank god they disbanded (I know, that's kinda horrible to say) but I think it was for Miyabi's own good. I mean, look at how he used to be and look at how he is today XD
Though it would have been lots of fun to see him in alice nine. *snort*
 

I love "Itoshii Hito", it was the first song of MYV i listened to and one of my most favourite >____<
