The only surgery I know of that Miyavi's had is the double eyelid surgery (which is a very common procedure in Japan... and maybe all of Asia). As for that picture, that is the worst candid shot of Miyavi I've ever seen. XD!
I remember seeing candid shots like that of Gazette... They looked just as ridiculous. =P
So yes, once again... People, you worry and look too much into things.

Also, recently I took a little vacation from recording
and went to take some pictures along the coast
- in Santa Monica, Venice etc,
which got me burned pretty bad.
And also, my appetite recently has been crazy.

I think I've gained a bit of weight.
Now I'm vigorously making music
