Members online in the last 24 hours?

Have I set the wrong settings? Nobody has a clue on this!!!??

I apologize for not being able to help with the technical matters. I take it that it's simply not possible to keep that 'in the last 24 hours' list on the screen when a member's on-line under their username at the terminal they usually use.

I do wonder, however, what might be the advantage or good in having that list constantly in front of a person?

I don't think you can do that. It's never been that way before. The only alternative I can think of is to open a window before logging on and then opening a second window for logging in. That way you can check the list of member in the first window--though it'll show only the members as of your login time.

HTH!

Somehow, I thought I could. Thanks anyway!

About a year or two ago, you used to be able to see the list while logged in. It disappeared after the site was upgraded.

Oh, was it that way? I thought it's always been this way...
Thanks for the info!

Yes. I recall those days too! I like the 'whose on line now' presentation much better. If I were to have any complain at all, it would be that I wish the username would disappear much faster once that user has gone off-line. The user name seems to linger for some time. Anyway...you can't have your cake and eat it too.

When I disable cookies, there's the listing of members who have been online in the last 24 hours, but the list is turned off when I'm logged in. How do I keep the list, while I stay logged in?

You should now be able to see the list of members who have been online in the last 24 hours no matter whether you are logged in or not.

I agree! Now that I've seen it for the first time it certainly takes up a heap of room!! But should be useful to see if fellow users are "around" I suppose?
