Meaning of でも

Hello,

Recently I have came across following sentence

「おこまりの ことでも ありますか」。

Maybe it can be translated as "Do you have anything that troubles you?"
But I am not sure why でも was used. If I replace it with が would it change the meaning

が restricts the object only to おこまりのこと, whereas でも shows that it's one of the examples.
