Just wanted to check the correct grammatical way of saying "11 crazy foreigners" would it be somthing like ju ichi (?) baka gaijin?

How about "juuichinin no kurushii gaijin"? I'm not too sure about the "kurushii", what's the most commonly used word for "crazy" anyway? At any rate, you need to append the counter "-nin" to your number because "nin" is the counter for people. Baka isn't "crazy", by the way, it's "stupid". Moreover, if used as an adjective, "baka" must be used by "na" or "no".
"sonna ni baka na hanashi" = such a stupid story, "Tomu no baka" = "stupid Tom!"

Baka can have the sense of dangerously adventureous or crazy as well....Kurushii means oppressively painful. There's another thread on both baka and crazy somewhere in our back catalogue....

Also, it's sonna bakana hanashi. Sorry I can't help with the question though. Maybe ki ga chigau (気が違う）or ki ga karutte (気が狂って) in this case ? Unless you mean verifiably ill or mad....

What its for is a name for a fantasy footbal team (soccer)? Would "Ju ichinin baka no gaijin" make sense? The definition of crazy I am looking for is in a light hearted way of saying foolish or clown-like.
