Dear native English speakers,
according to Google Ngram Viewer, "many news" is used almost as often as "much news".

Do you ever say "many news"? I believe that "news" is an uncountable noun. So you can't say "many news". Am I wrong?

You are correct. "Many news" is wrong when "news" is used as a noun.

However, when "news" is used as a noun adjunct (名詞付加語), modifying another noun, then "many" could be acceptable, depending on the noun which is being modified.
Examples:
- many news stories
- many news organizations
- many news channels

The large number of hits on google ngram is probably due to this kind of usage.

This is a good example of why you cannot just blindly trust the results of database searches.

Ahh, I see. Thanks for the explanation.
So it is wrong to say, for example, there are many news about political corruption these days.
Is it all right to say there are much news about political corruption these days?

No.
But you can say:
- there is much news about political corruption these days
- there are many news stories about political corruption these days
