Ruvie are so great. At least the two songs I've got. But I don't want to buy just singles, so I'll keep downloading their stuff until/if they make an album. Indies bands are so unpredictable.

Actually, the album is going to be postponed. Apparently, Keito left the band because of musical differences!

Anyways, can anyone give me some Luvie songs? I only have Ripper, Umbrella, and Fukasou no umi e. I really want irony sun light. Anyway help would be much appreciated.

i know... Keito left.... it SUCKS!

*giggles* yeah... i would be the 'furan' pkk talks about in the beging of this thread.... i saw them in the 2005 September edition and then sqeeled at hebi to translate stuff for me XDD
then when i eventually got my hands on their stuff i sent a load to her (hence why she had some) and then horded as much as i could XDD they are like... my little precious XD

... i don't know how i feel about Keito's dparture though... because i loves him a lot... and Temari's apparently been saying how sad he is that he's leaving >.<
i hope they do a Pura and get a good drummer who everyone loves and gets on well with the band... but i hope they don't get someone who tried to mimic Keito... because... no-one can replace him :(

The band Luvie started in October 2002. In June 2004 they released their first mini album Rubik Cube which proved to be successful. On August 29th Luvie played their first one man live in Meguro Rock May Can. In late 2004 they also released their first maxi-single Katsumoku Toriko Rooru.

In February 2005, Luvie released their second maxi-single kuroneko, which was recorded with their new second guitarist, Yuu. Also, the singles Dona and ]tokai no kaze wa 'murasaki' ni- were released and for sale at their lives. In August and September they released two more records: a mini album Sleepy under sun and a single Invisible sun.

In March 2006 their newest maxi-single the Red florid ELIXIR was released.

Luvie is releasing two singles on July 12th, 2006, Primitive moon light and Irony sun light, which are available now to overseas fans on pre-order from cdJapan.

btw, Keito played his last official live3 with the band on the 30th of Nov... *sigh* i wish him the best of luck with whatever he does now ^.^

and in refference to their CDs... you can actually find their stuff on amazong... which is really odd for an indie band... but i guess people just realise how amazing they are :-)

Over and over and over til I get sick of it, which is unlikely any time soon.

Hope they'll get a new drummer soon and start building themselves back up, so they don't slowly fall apart.
Sorry, my taste for indies bands have just turned me into such a goddamn pessimist.

Tehehe, I totally wrote that 'bio' forever ago on the myspace page. Guess someone copy-pasted, lol (I always find it funny when I find my totally crappy writing/ crappy picture editing/ etc. on random places on the internet)

Anyways, yeah you can find their stuff all over the place now, which is pretty cool. I just am hoping that they don't break up now! I know they haven't said that, but they haven't said much of anything about anything since announcing Keito's departure. Hopefully they'll find a good replacement, and all will be swell...

Keito was one of my "favorite people in Jrock, though" *sighs*

No they didn't release it. After the announcement of Keito's departure, the plans for everything have kind of stopped >.<

I hope they announce something soon!

i dont know if anyone still looks into this post but i was sooo happy to find a thread that seemed relatively active on luvie ^^ ive mangaed to catch quite a few songs and i must sya i really like luvie
at first i'd fallen in love with their looks but now....the music...wow i love it ^^ but i still don't have that much so if anyone can complte what i have.... ^^
anyway i hope they'll out an album even if keito left the band it's quite sad really, cos he seems like a good drumer (sorry i dont play drums so if hes very good....well all the more merit to him ^^)

o gosh i'm so glad someone brought this thread back up... even if nothing is really happeneing with thism... it just makes me happy to knwo more poepl know of them ^.^

if you really wanan find out stuff and get hold of things, there's an lj community up and active!
