looking for vacancy accommodation in Japan !! HELP

Hi everybody

I'm a french student, and I'm not rich!

My only purpose is to be accommodated in Japan because hotels are expensive and I think its stupid to pay whereas I could meet and live with japanese people, it would be so much interesting !
I'm ready to do the same thing with japanese people, but I going to think that people isn't interested in it!

I'm trying penpals web sites, but I don't ever see similar requests....
I'm going to loose hope....

I can't help you, unfortunatly, but, where do you look for accomodation ? Tokyo ? Any where else ? This can be helpful

There are also exchange programs that exist. I remember I read that it takes time.
Here is adress of program that helps Japanese to find a host family in France. Ask them to find a host family in Japan

But I'm still thinking that it would be easier if I try to make penpals....
You know, without official stuffs, indeed it can be long, so I wonder if its not better to find directly interested people.... what do you think?

homestay? or foreign exchange? we have topics about those (in this forum) already that are far more thorough than anything that i could post...
