Looking for sold out journals/magazines

I kind of wonder if I'm the first one in this situation, but I'm looking for a sold out Japanese magazine. To be specific, it's GALAC No 118, from March 2007.

So far, I've been looking on Amazon Japan, Fujisan, and practically all the used book stores listed in the Google Directory (World > Japanese > オンラインショップ > 検索・リンク) Unfortunately, most of them don't even sell magazines.

Do you have another idea where to look? And if not, does anyone know a (Japanese) forum where I could ask this kind of question?

Did you try conntacting the magazine publisher itself? That might help.

on their website they say it is out of stock, but do you think that there is still a chance that they have some spare magazines?

I know, asking them can't hurt, but asking them in a mail using appropriate keigo and all can be quite a hassle. I'll try if you think it makes any sense, though.

i am pretty sure its available somewhere, as it is still 2007... plus it sounds like an otak type mag. get a mixi, and ask someone in the community there to hook a brother up! good luck, and peace.
