I'm looking for a Japanese lawyer or paralegal firm in Toyko.

The firm should be:
- small (no big office),
- with young principal(s),
- Japanese (not American or else),
- able to communicate in English, at least via email,
- able to perform a search in public records (mainly business registrar).
