Oh! right, they are in the December issue.. I forgot, stupid me.. :eek: But I want a photoshoot, not a Live report.. it's always LIVE reports in Shoxx.. Shoxx does not love Kra enough.. :(
I think it says on the OHP it will be a Yuura interview in the new issue (January)..☝ I would have the magazine NOW if the post office wasn't evil..

Yeah, I have an electronic dictionary.. It's great.. but sooo much stuff in it, and I don't use half of it 😌

Right now I am a little disappointed, because I just saw a scan of the new SHOXX, and the Yuura interview.. It's for the "PSC tour", with a bunch of other small "interviews"..😭 I guess when Kra does something next they might get in there..
The up-side is it won't take long to translate..

Miyavi, he doesn't always have something going on, but he's there every month... :eek: How dare I compare Kra to 'the great miyavi' though :auch:
 
haha...Miyavi is ALWAYS in every magazine, even when there's nothing going on...even when he's not on the cover, he's still in it somewhere...of course for me, this is a good thing because i'm such a fan, but i understand how it would be frustrating...😌

it's kind of sad, i wish they had more of smaller bands...i like smaller bands...:unsure: but i guess because Miyavi is a "new" artist and is pretty much still up-and-coming, they like doing articles on him. he DID just release a single...

man...all i can say is that he must have one hell of a publicist...:D

but, in all fairness... his last photoshoot int eh december edition was HOT!

but Kra... i've been lucky that the 2 shox editions i have have them in... but i'mma take hebi's word on that they don't feature, seeing as she has an subscription and all :D

yeah...he pretty much dominates Shoxx. and both issues that i have of Ultra Veat and Fool's Mate have articles on him. he's not the feature...but his name still makes the cover...AND he's in my one issue of Gothic and Lolita (so is Aya-chan! 😍) so...i don't know about other times, but he was definitely in the issues i bought...

and...sadly enough...Kra wasn't mentioned once in any of them...😌

WAIT, no, i just checked. their NAME is in Fool's Mate in the ad for the Beautifool's Fest 04 (i have old issues, i know...😌) the ad has pictures of MUCC, Plastic Tree, PLC, and two other bands, and then lists in NAME ONLY Gazette, SID, Kra, Kagrra, Phantasmagoria, KLACK, and ReS. so yes. they made their name in it. Miyavi's name is on the front and he gets a five-page article. 😌 i still love him though...(for the record, the featured article went to Gackt. but then again he's always in Fool's Mate like Miyavi is in Shoxx...) ah! and Kra is mentioned in three TINY little boxes (we're talking about 2x5 centimeters...) for two DVD releases...and a larger box (5x9 centimeters) for a live. that's it. 12012 got a two-page article and Kra got three boxes and an ad mention. 😌

for Ultra Veat...the featured articles (UV always has two, one for each cover) are PIERROT and J...Miyavi's name is NOT on the cover...Gackt gets the opening six pages...Miyavi gets another four pages...KAGRRA gets...one page...😌...and...Kra is...well...12012 and baroque are both mentioned more than Kra...because Kra is not mentioned at all...😌

man those took forever to go through...😌 (both of these issues were Dec 04/Jan 05)

and in each one, Kagrra, Alice Nine, Miyavi, and Gazette are all mentioned more than Kra. WAY more. poor Kra...:(
 
Miyavi is pretty much guaranteed to be in every issue of Shoxx, he has a regular interview and photoshoot..
But I certainly wouldn't call him "new".. To me he's been around for ages.. 😌
He's just very popular.

I don't really mind about Kra not being featured all the time, just a bit more would be nice. Kra are doing fine, so who cares :auch:

well.... in all fairness... don't Kra always have their little drawing things featured on the post-it page (that's what i call it ^^;)
i've notived Ryu seems to always have one there, even if he's not really mentioned in the issue...

i think... Kra are just a little too odd for people....
they don't really fit into any catagory, and their music can be heavy, it can be UBER happy, it can be depressing... i'm guessing what ever Keiyuu feels like at the time...
but i think some people just don't know what to do with their music...
i mean, yes, Mai is adorable... but he's not conventionaly adorable like that dude from an cafe...
and... thay don't have any drop dead gorgeous Miyavi-look-a-likes, or anyone who looks stupidly drooling sexable in a skirt (i'm speeking on the whole here)

i think that's why....
i mean, PScompany has 4 huge visual bands.....
i suppose if you whant Kra to feel better about them selves... you can always compare them to Bis? 😌

no, i agree tottaly... i'm just saying, these are possibly the reasons why they aren't massivly poppulare...

as you said, you're in the minoritory... i personally think Yuura's hotter than Miyavi, Keiyuu's cutter than anything, Yasuo is just... Yasuno (no one beats that XD) and Mai is... he's like a little hamster or something o.O XD
i'd listen to Kra over a lot of bands any day...

he's a frigging amazing piaonist.... i sit at my piano trying to work out bits and pices of theires... i can get the general bits, but the broken chords are the killer >.<

i agree totally. unfortunately though, things like Miyavi sell better. (i cannot believe i just turned Meevers into an object...haha, oh well...:D) mind you. i'm a huge fan of Myv, so i'm fine with him getting publicised more. but i also understand how frustrating it is for people to not like a band as much because it's not the same as other bands. i admire Kra for being different, it makes them cooler. 😊

why do i love Kra?
well... to beging with, they were one of the first Jbands Maxiie sent me... but she did send me them after Plastic Tree (so after christmas - she started sendig me stuff in October)
ad the songs were ones like Uta and '_' (they're real heavey if you didn't know)
and i LOVED them... like completey (i was way into metal backt hen)

then i whent round heres this one time, and she showed me Kuu..... o and that was it.... i'd already seen pictures of them and straight away fallen inlove with Yasuno and his hair... but... the PV just PROVED to me that he was pink and fluffy :D:D:D
i also had Keiyuu's smile engraved into my mind... it was insane, i couldn't get it out my mind, i was drawing pictures of him everywhere, haveing only seen the PV once! XD

it took forever for me to learn their names, because i couldn't read the stuff on thenir OHP, but maxiie translated, and Yasuno had a name!

I agree with you Hebiichigo; Kra should get more attention in magazines (and many other bands too) and yes, Miyavi DOES appear in every goddam monthly issue 😌 They always put him in there, and if there's nothing new going on around him, they just dress him up nicely instead and make him do a couple of funny faces... XDD I personally think it's great, since I want him to become more and more popular, but I can definitely see how it's annoying - there are soo many bands out there that would actually have something new and great to say if they got the chance (not that Miyavi hasn't got it, but.. meh, you know what I mean, they should give others a chance too). Instead, we get Miyavi on five pages, dressed as a star wars jedi.. :D :D (and yes, that HAS happened :LOL: )

Speaking of which... some article about the Peace and Smile Carnival tour (which causes me to suicide every day since I wont be able to see it)

My "story of Kra", lol, is that I actually saw them in a magazine :D Because of the PINK HAIR hair I couldn't help looking them up.. Then I heard their songs, like "uta", and I ordered the Brahman album without hearing most of it.. Lucky I liked it 🌹
 
I can't even remember how I got to liking Kra! 🙇‍♂️ I think I saw their name on a list somewhere and thought 'hmm I wonder what they are like...'
