Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and want to introduce myself to all. Coincidentally, my first fully acknowledged contact with Japanese culture happened at a time when Pokemon, Mobile Suit Gundam wing and Vision of Escaflowne aired on TV at various times during the week. Since then, I became more and more interested into anime, manga, JPop (God bless Two-Mix for introducing me into the genre) and finally more parts of Japanese culture... mostly food.
Going to Japan still remains a long-term project, but I really can't wait to grasp the first opportunity I may have in due time. For the moment, I aim to learn more about the language and I know I will. Being a Canadian living in the bilingual city of Montreal, I am fortunate to get in touch with many different cultures of all kinds, but Japanese culture is my favorite.
It is my plasure to be here and I look forward to have discussions on all kinds of topics. See you soon.
