I'm afraid that it is not a Japanese name.
1. There's no L in Japanese
2. Basically all the consonant* is followed by vowel. If it really is Japanese, there must be a vowel after the first K. (*N is an exception.)

thanks undrentide
so it doesn't have a orgin it's not a real name like Bouqet from blue dragon. i look up the name and i think it might be a last name. but most of it on google is fanart of kluke.

sorry, neither "kluke" or "bouqet" are Japanese, nor are they remotely like Japanese words or names. It's very common in Japanese games and fantasy stories to have characters with completely foreign or made-up names, so that seems to be what happened in this case.

Kluke
Kluke views joining Shu and Jiro as a way to prevent suffering around the world. Her deceased parents formerly worked in a hospital, giving her some medical knowledge. Kluke has a good heart, and behaves like an adult despite her young age. She's caring, but she knows how to stick up for herself, which is reflected in her fighting style. She has a Phoenix Shadow.
Blue Dragon - Wikipedia

クルック seems a name of a character in the game/anime.

ok so if kluke and bouqet isn't japanese names are they foreign names? i look kluke on behindthename and i couldn't find it but i type in kluke on google and found pics of kluke from blue dragon and people with the last name kluke too. so it might be a real name. i know akira toriyama does use alot of made-up names for his anime series.
-Joe:)

it is more likely made up. It's possible that a few people have similar names, but it's probably just coincidence.
