The red text was properly translated vertically, but for some reason the black text was identified as horizontal text, so it screwed up the translation. But the text itself looks to be some kind of whimsical marketing blurb, so its not easy to parse anyway.

待判定藤助之作 Made by ～ Tōsuke. (Again, I'm not sure what the bit before Tōsuke is. I think its another joke.

井上藤助 Inoue Tōsuke (brand of razor). You can find these all over the Japanese auction sites.

Google Translate missed the first sentence of the red text.
刀は鋼にあり
Sword is in steel (meaning; the core/key/most important part of sword is steel)

My interpretation;
迷覚覚迷七〇年

(There seems to be レ点 between 待 and 判, so this sentence would be read as 漢文; 判定ヲ待ツ)

When I searched for 待判定, the only thing that came up was a mah jong reference, so I was thinking it might be some wordplay like "waiting for trademark registration" using the same characters as "waiting for the next mah jong tile".

But... it was well out of my confidence range so I gave it a pass. That little レ was confusing, too.

The first line (about 迷覚-) I was thinking was some kind of self-deprecating joke...but confidence was low.
