A-chama- that was such a beautiful post *hugs and cries*. What better role model can you have true?
If you managed to get Kami hair i'd just attack you, aye i have a problem with jealousy hehe
 
*hug back* Well, I can't say I don't agree XDDD Kami is a great role model! Mind you I think there are quite a few Jrockers who are good role models... only Kami is my most adored one

And as for my hair well... It's still growing XDD so you don't need to attack me yet ne? Actually... so long as you don't cut it... we'll get along fine
 
I only started getting into Malice Mizer and Gackt long after he died, but it stills makes me sad, he seemed so sweet and quite shy.

Isn't today the anniversary of poor Kami's death? Today will be dedicated to playing U+K by Gackt very loud!

I always loved Kami in Illuminati, he seemed to come out of himself in that vid, he was naughty!
 
R.I.P Kami-sama. Still sadly missed... Malice Mizer were never the same after he died.

I know my post is a day late... sorry Kami.

I loved the footage of MM that I got with merivilles DVD... they gave you random gig clips... there were some awesome clips of Kami... like the moment with two kamis... that was slightly scary! Aww he was such a good drummer... its so sad.
 
I know Gackt spends the day visiting Kami's family... he does it every year on both Kami's death and birthday.
 
Wow, this thread is really awesome. Rest in peace, Kami, much love to you. He really seemed like a great man. *in awe*

Btw, about those two performances of Regret; the one on the Voyage tour DVD is Regret, and there's another performance on the merveilles tour DVD, but that isn't Regret (the music Gackt plays is different). Either way, both are amazing.

aww I love Kami so much, he always makes me smile when I'm down or having a bad day, especially regret. he was an awesome drummer and whenever i see a picture of him i just melt. Everything about him was perfect and his drumming was awesome! as with quite a few people I'm trying to get my hair to Kami's length... even if it does take 6 years.

I just went on a good MM fansite which hasn't been updated since before he died. Their Kami section was sweet and sad at the same time.

Yea I saw that site before it's really wonderful <3 One that has the most detail about Kami!

And yes, Kami can be quite silly sometimes XDD I adore him so much

It's pretty quiet here but we all do admire and adore Kami XD

One of the interesting points about that site is that it talks more about Kasmi's drumming style it's really interesting t know more about it!
 
Yeah true, It's good to see that kind of perspective on his drumming, and to see what he himself thought about it. A-chama let me know if you find any other good sites about him, I respect your opinion when it comes to Kami
At least we're here right? I really wouldn't want to see this thread die.
I really feel like doing some kind of tribute to him but i don't know what I can do, especially as I'm really ill. Feel frustrated, want the world to know how great he was.

As for a tribute to him~ I guess anything is good, some people have made fanart, others website some poems... I guess it's whatever way someone feels most comfortable... and is able to!

Though of course in my opinion just the fact that you remember Kami is a tribute in and of itself! I think the fact that he isn't forgotten is what makes me most happy!

Yeah true, but it's pretty hard to forget someone like HIM right. think its safe to say that won't be happening in a hurry
