jya ne or ja nee ?

Which one is the right way to spell it and say it:

jya ne

jya nee

ja nee

I ask a friend and she said its "jya ne"

I just wanna make sure.

jya ne is the only way I've heard/seen it written

Technically じゃ is written by making し into じ by adding nigori.

Then, to make it じゃ, you add a small や to show that the kana have been combined.

It's written じゃ, however you want to romanize it.

Moral: Stay away from roomaji.
