Hi ..



I'm thinking to go to japan to study there and apply for an undergraduate course in one of the Engineering branches ..

I thought of applying to monbukagakusho scholarship and found out that i'm above the age limit ..


NOW the plan is .. to go as a self-supported student .. get good grades in the firs term.. and then apply to the scholarship from there

but in this website : Government-sponsored

in Domestic Selection part at the end says : " Privately financed, full-time postgraduate foreign students, prospective postgraduate students, and full-time, prospective fourth-year undergraduate university students are granted domestic selection scholarships ... etc


what does it mean by fourth-year undergraduate .
does it mean that i have to BE in my fourth year of study ..
or is it that my intention is to study for four years .. :confused:


although it's obvious to that it's the first one .. Is it ?? :erm:

"Prospective" fourth-year undergraduate = third-year undergraduate.

Likely to happen at a future date; concerned with or applying to the future.
 
well .. I thought so ..

I'll try to figure something out for the first three years.
and also I have to go to japan on my own expense to learn the language for a year then take the jasso test ... mmm .. looks really complicated to me.
