Good News about Juka

Hello Everybody,
I am a fan of Juka :-)) I like his voice and songs.
I learnt from another website that Juka underwent a surgery on his nose and throat by the end of April this year. Furthermore, he is now married and is looking for a new face for his band.
I really hope that he will get well soon, and make good music for all of us.:-)

Dear Friend,

Please don't get so excited. I am not sure if the news are true or false. I get the news via a website. I don't want to copy the weblink to you because I want to show my respect to the owner of the website. Maybe you try and search the relevant information by yourself.
 
I discovered Juka today :D damn he's good though reminds a little bit of Gackt, but I am Gackt-sama's fan too so awesome :) oh it's a pitty that Juka might be married.. what a loss.. :)
 
Please don't be so upset. I have the belief that our Juka will be back to the music scene very soon. Even if he was really got married, Juka's music talent would not fade out.:-) He still could use his music talent and sweet voice to his best.😌
 
Juka is back

According to a website, my little prince Juka is cured and he is back to the music scene. Juka will be the opening act of a band in ﾂ坂?壺?彡窶拵ﾂ湘ｪ (Takadanobaba, Tokyo, Japan) on 6 August 2008.

I do hope that I could see Juka's performance in the near future .....

Juka窶冱 Return

Juka, who took a pause from the music scene back in December due to a medical condition, will be participating in a session band on August 6th at AREA.

The line up for this session is:
Vo.Juka
Gt.RUKIA (ex.Metis Gretel)
Gt.Shun (ex.aka maru boyZ)
Ba.？
Dr.Hirogato

As you can see, they currently do not have a bassist and are looking for one, but hopefully they can recruit one before the live!

Juka also mentioned that he is starting to recruit members for a new band. No other details, but as soon as there are some we will keep you updated!

I already posted this on a couple of other forums. My apologies if you come across it multiple times.

Set list:
Jealous (Dir en grey)
Lost Breath (D)
Zan (Dir en grey)

It was only 3 songs but the set itself wasn't that short. They played both "Lost Breath" and "Zan" in extra-long live version style, stretching out the rough parts in the middle. "Lost Breath" seemed like it wasn't really supposed to go on so long. Juka said, "Last one!" after only a couple of repetitions, but the drummer stubbornly went back into the beginning of the loop and the rest of the band had no choice except to follow along. XD The drummer did it again and again, even though Juka kept saying it was the last. And then "Zan" was extra-long too.

Juka's thinner but looks handsome and seemed lively. I'd guess he must have lost at least 5 kg since December. He's not scary thin -- I'm not sure someone who hadn't seen him IRL before would notice -- but it's definitely thinner than usual for him. His hair's now light/medium brown and has gotten longer. He had it fluffed up on one side and wore fashionable casual clothes.

His voice sounded good. It's hard to say but I think perhaps he might have been taking it a little easy tonight. It felt a little like he might have been refraining from using full power. Maybe. He did sound good. Even if he was holding back a little he still sounded more powerful than most VK vocalists. Anyway it's still early so I think it's okay for him to do things gradually.

He didn't make any announcements about his future plans. I don't think he has anything to announce yet. The only announcement was Rukia and Shun saying they had a couple more session lives together at the end of the month. They didn't say who else would participate. Juka added, "I'll go to see you!" which seemed to me like a polite way of letting fans know he wouldn't be performing then.

Afterwards, Juka and Shun came out in person to sell Polaroids at the goods table. So fans were able to say a few words to Juka and give him their letters/gifts in person. I was really happy because before I could say anything, Juka greeted me with a "Long time no see." (I've attended many of his concerts and events.) It's nice of him to remember fans. I told him today was fun and I was waiting for his next activities.

OMG he was already super thin, i mean how can he be thinner:?:( you said its not scary but im worried about him someone should really feed him...:D:D anyway it looks like a good start, i hope it continues... aaww im curious about his new look:-) thanx again🙂

Hello Every Juka Fan,

Juka will have another concert at Holiday, Shinjuku, Tokyo on 25 August 08. It is hoped that somebody will do the review of the concert 🙂
 
According to the blog of eremia's satoshi, this is new juka.... well, IMO he looks totally different, hard to believe this is juka!! :?

in blog it says juka, but i dont know :unsure: maybe in that photo he looks different, maybe from angle.... im not sure:? anyway we will just wait for more photos!!
 
hmmm well yes it may depend from the angle,from the lights and stuff but his face is really thin...if it is him then he had to lose quite a lot weight, ne?:?I mean I don't think he looks bad but compared to the 'old' Juka it is quite a change...
