JRef Duolingo Team?

Has anyone at JRef thought about starting a Japanese for English speakers Duolingo team? I don't think anyone has started one yet and it would be a great tool to have for those learning.. I know if I fit the requirements for starting the team I would, it looks fun.

If anyone could do it, it would be a JRef team right?.. Right?

I don't know what it would take, but I've been using Duolingo for French study. It's very good freeware.
