Were you able to actually get in? Like Lledargo said, I still plan on opening the Paltalk on Saturday's whenever I can. This is just a way to chat in between.
I've tried entering. How do you log out?
It seems nice for text-based chat, but how about people who want to use the mic? (Not that I want to...)

Thanks! Just what I thought.Just by staying in the chat you should be at no more risk of catching a virus as a free member than a paid member. The risk of catching a virus in paltalk is probably about the same as getting a virus on facebook.
Wow, will be in Japan pretty soon? You must be busy with the preparations now! Don't force yourself, moving from country to country is a big project!So this Saturday I can't open up the Paltalk room since I'll be visiting friends at Purdue. However, the following Saturday is the day before I leave for Japan, so I'm debating opening up the room. The only thing stopping me is whether or not people will actually show up. If people would like to join and chat, I'll gladly open it up. I'll probably be up all night anyway
So please post here if you'd like to have me open up the room! Also, the IRC channel is always open and you're welcome to join that one too!

I just got paltalk and spent a while in an English conversation room with some Japanese and Chinese people, so I have the feel of it now. Y'all do voice chat too, right? And in Japanese? Sorry, I haven't read this thread in a while and I'm being lazy. heheh

Yeah, too bad today! I had to be AFK for a long time (husband suddenly barking for breakfast...The room is open everyone, come join epigene and me.
Haha, I can imagine... in my household weekends mean staying-bed-till-ten-or-eleven-ish and brunch that follows, if I really want to join I should prepare the meal Friday evening so I can stay till my dad gets really hungry.(husband suddenly barking for breakfast...)
