Not including lunch, this comes out to 40 hrs/week which results in an hourly salary of 1062.5 yen/hr. Seems kind of low to me considering the hours and requirements. Is there a commission? If so it would probably be okay. Also seems like poster should be paying a fee to JREF for this ad.

If you actually want to attract anyone able to do what you describe, you should double your initial salary offer and then be offering to negotiate up from there.

170,000 for a 40hr/week?!?!? At that rate you couldn't even outsource it to India or east europe via odesk! (or some such) Nobody competent would bid for your job.
