Responsibilities

1. Inventory Technician:
- Computer hardware component identification
- Enter hardware tracking information into data base
- Verification of proper shipment & the tracking of new inbound shipments
- Troubleshooting servers and workstations and various hardware components
- Necessary repairs/fixes after troubleshooting
- Focused work ethic in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to accept and complete task with a painstaking attention to detail.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long durations.
- Some inventory control experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
2. Datacenter Technician
Responsibilities
- Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and AMD servers
- Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
- Troubleshoot, test, quality assurance of server hardware
- Professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket
Required Experience
- Operating System Installation - Windows Server, Linux, Unix
- Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus
- Web Server and Database installation experience a plus
- Must be willing to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast pace environment.
