JBanner questions?

If Jbanner is a non commercial and exchange service
then could you explain me why I see this GlobalHealth.jp
banner everywhere. When you go on there site, no JBanner
are visible. Where is the exchange in all this?

Hi, you need to sign up for a Helpdesk account before logging in.

Just FYI: as mentioned in this thread, the Japan Banner Exchange will soon be moved to jref.com. Until that happens (quite soon) I kindly ask you to sign up to our current exchange.

I hate to say it, but I think Francois has a point. People are paying you for advertising on sites that are not yours. Many people will probably be fine with that, but I can imagine that there will be quite a few that won't.

I do realize that we are using a free service, but the reason we're using it is because there is a certain fairness to the system. If someone doesn't display the banner himself, his won't be shown either.

Maybe an option is to add a category to JBanner called sponsors or something like that. So people will have the option not to display sponsored accounts on their websites.

(We have "General" disabled now because of the Globalhealth ads, which is a shame since there are a lot of interesting ads in that category.)

thanks for your feedback, we are going to implement your suggestion to our new banner exchange that should be functional within the next few days. FYI: GH's banners are not displayed anymore since last week.
