Japanese male hairstyle

I don't know if this belongs here, but this is something important for me. Okay I'm a guy and I live in the Phils. So I've been into so many hair stylist and I told them to cut my hair into an anime hairstyle. They all just told me that they know it, and will do it, but ended up pissing me off because instead of an anime hairstyle, they cut my hair into a korean hairstyle. So to end my misery with my hair since it is so long again, what is the name of the anime hair cuts? What is it called in Japan? Specifically, I like Tomohisa Yamashita's hairstyle. What is this called? Somebody help me please! Thanks!
