Nakagawa, FM, has a history of excessive drinking and he admitted he took cough medicine (this, I don't believe, as you really need to drink lots of cough syrup to get drunk) and drank some wine (that, I believe). So, I don't think there is anything shady on that matter.Does anyone really think and believe that the Japanese financial minister was drunk at a press conference during the G-7 meeting or was it a ruse to push someone not cooperating from power and influence in order to get their own person in there? (If so please provide me with a link as I have not been able to discern through videos if he was drunk or not.)
You could also read "Rule By Secrecy", by Jim Marrs or "The True Story of the Builderberg Group" to get more insight and history as to who is actually running the major countries of the world and their plans for a One World Government and One World Bank. Be sure you read the reviews of the books linked above, read them or google them further and make up your own mind. Soon you may also discover in that, in trying to disprove their theories/claims, as I had, you may also discover the real truth about what is going on and how we are duped by the major media, all major media, which they have also been successful in buying up over the years and are now controlled by them."We face a hostile ideology global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose and insidious in method..." and warned about what he saw as unjustified government spending proposals and continued with a warning that "we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex... Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together."
1987 -- The Secret Constitution and the Need for Constitutional Change is sponsored in part by the Rockefeller Foundation. Some thoughts of author Arthur S. Miller are: "...a pervasive system of thought control exists in the United States...the citizenry is indoctrinated by employment of the mass media and the system of public education... people are told what to think about... the old order is crumbling... Nationalism should be seen as a dangerous social disease...A new vision is required to plan and manage the future, a global vision that will transcend national boundaries and eliminate the poison of nationalistic solutions...a new Constitution is necessary."
"We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and nations will accept the New World Order." David Rockefeller
ツ"I sincerely believe that banking institutions having the issuing power of money are more dangerous to liberty than standing armies.ツ" – Thomas Jefferson
ツ"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is now controlled by its system of credit. We are no longer a government of free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.ツ" – President Woodrow Wilson, 1919 (He signed the Federal Reserve into power in 1913.)
"The central bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the Principles and form of our Constitution. I am an Enemy to all banks discounting bills or notes for anything but Coin. If the American People allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the People of all their Property until their Children will wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered." — Thomas Jefferson, Founding Father, Third President of the United States, and the principal author of the US Declaration of Independence"

I read somewhere the Koizumi plan privatized Japan Post by breaking it down into 4 different business units. And as I also mentioned in my post, Japan was finally sucked in to this global government in the Koizumi administration and the taking over of the private Postal Savings institutions by the international "bankers" ("bankstas" as I prefer to call them) and their being duped (forced?) into buying ABS's etc by the bankstas.
UK has nationalized its banks (some of the major ones at least), along with some of other European countries. Can you tell me how nationalized banks can morph into one world bank? I have a difficulty in reconciling claims on how different national governments can agree to set up one esoteric world bank by giving up their sovereignty.Today, the top news on Bloomberg is "Possible Bank Nationalization?"
Markets are crashing all over the world and the only solution will be for a one world bank to solve the worlds woes.

Japan Post Bank invested only a small part of its assets internationally, and it used BlackRock Asset Management, which was savvy enough avoid most of the problems of asset backed securities. So Japan Post Bank is not in any trouble. [OTOH, two Japanese banks, which are owned by foreign interests and managed like American banks (Aozora and Shinsei Bank), were badly burned by investing in CMO backed assets. Norinchukin Bank, which is a semi-private bank that had avoided real estate speculation during the Japanese bubble years, was also burned but not that badly.] The current problem in Japan is not centerd on banking, although many local/regional banks have never recovered from the problems of the bubble years. The problem is a sudden, drop in demand in international and domestic markets. We may soon be using the word depression rather than recession.
The Bloomberg article refers to Citibank and Bank of America, which may be candidates for nationalization, but the Obama Administration is trying to do everything to avoid that. I hope it's successful for our sake.
In a practical sense, those banks are already semi-nationalized through the cap on their workers' salaries and coaxing for increased lending. It would be in a matter of a few months before the inevitable nationalization will engulf America's major too-big-to-fail banks. The Bloomberg article refers to Citibank and Bank of America, which may be candidates for nationalization, but the Obama Administration is trying to do everything to avoid that. Japan has been very weak on domestic consumption even after it feebly recovered from the lost decade. Coupled with the collapse in the export markets (which helped Japan pull itself out of the decade-long recession or economic stagnation), I strongly believe Japan is headed toward the depression-strength economic slump over the course of several quarters (if not in one or two quarters). Japan is no better shape than USA in terms of the economic outlook. The problem is a sudden, drop in demand in international and domestic markets. We may soon be using the word depression rather than recession.

I am interested in how the international financiers were able to tap into JP's savings deposits (it seems almost all of its deposits have been parked in Japan's national bonds.)
The key point here in the article from 2007 is "start investing in riskier financial products instead of...safe government bonds." In other words the international community wanted to get theiur grubby hands on Japan's massive savings that were only being invested in internal infrastructure and such. That much money MUST be in international hands in a "world economy", or so they believe.Starting Monday, Japan Post Bank, a behemoth with \188 trillion in deposits, will be allowed to start investing in riskier financial products instead of Japan's safe but staid government bonds. The bank is also hoping to offer mortgage loans and credit cards.
To me this is meddeling in a foreign countries affairs and if one cannot understand how Japan is so easily controlled by America and the elite international financial institutions, this should at least help convince some.Once upon a time, Postal Savings was useful. When the banking and insurance sectors were weak and fragmented, a nationwide government-run institution made sense, helping the public to accept the notion of saving in the form of bank deposits or through purchase of basic life insurance. These nationwide programs also provided a useful way to collect money that the government could lend for critically needed public infrastructure projects. When Japan was poor, and still catching up with the industrialized nations, postal savings funds helped finance investment in electric power, railroads, highways, hospitals and other revenue-generating projects. Overall, these funds were invested wisely, and all Japanese should be proud at the record of investment for most of the past half-century.
...However, that era was over by the mid-1970s. By that time the private banking sector was very well developed. Now Postal Savings competes with the private sector for deposits. Furthermore, the relative role of Postal Savings has actually increased over time. In the late 1960s, during the height of high-speed economic development and the related need for government-sponsored public infrastructure investment, Postal Savings deposits represented 14-15 percent of total time deposits in the nation. That ratio has more than doubled to 33 percent in recent years.
It should be remembered that Japan's postal savings system is not only a convenience; it has helped extend financial services broadly and assisted efforts to stabilize and stimulate the economy for years through public works projects..
Thanks for the link. The article said Japan Postal Bank needs to follow the proper risk management under the securities laws. So, it is not a blank cheque to the free-for-all in the world financial carnival. You can get a better idea on how the "new" system works by clicking on this link. In the story it says:

You cannot blame them for following American leadership as Japan wants to keep American military protection. Given the poor fiscal health of the Japanese government, it won't be able to afford its own full-fledged military due to the resultant impact of increased defense spending. Also, Japan's exporters consider the USA one of the most important markets. Many of Japanese convince that only subordination toward America is way as the nation.
I think Stupid Japanese politicians like koizumi are aways thinking to follow only USA.

Your previous post listed many news articles. Are you speaking of yourself, as that comment is more suitable to you than me?You seem to know only the thing of a formal article
I don't understand your comment. A very interesting syntax...It is likely to be exposed gradually.
It means the United States weakening became remarkable.
Naturally, privatization of postal services is included in that.

Since I don't consider you are qualified to give me an unsolicited advise, please note I will disregard your post. Instead of insulting someone's intelligence, I suggest you stay on the topics discussing the actual content.it is not so simple like this

at least, these articles are better than your simple story
anyway, The ploblem is how to interpret from these yourself.
for example
you dont understand it started long United States weakening and simple principle
How does it become it if a big bubble pops once?
A long adjustment is needed.
China will also pass same road some time.
The United States before has surpassed this adjustment by the war.
Sorry I missed this. It's very easy for nationalized banks to morph into a One World Bank once you understand how the banking systems today operate.Jersey Boy said:UK has nationalized its banks (some of the major ones at least), along with some of other European countries. I agree some of tax revenues will go toward the interest payments. But, through its revenue collection agency, the IRS, the government uses its revenues to finance various programs domestically and internationally. So, paying interests to bankers is one of many purposes the government levies taxes. The IRS is nothing more than a collection agency of the "bankstas" to make sure they receive their interest payments. Neither the Federal Reserve, nor the IRS are governmental agencies if the truth be known.
There have been some opinions on on an origin of the current financial crisis. It seems it is basically fueled by greed, short term profit raking by financial and banking industries, irresponsible consumers, sleeping-at-the-helm government / regulatory agencies, and so on. In my opinion, this crisis is not created with this outcome in mind.To form a world bank is very easy. As they control the economies and banks of all major industrialized countries, all they have to do is create the right crisis and the economies of the world will go broke as is happening this very day and on a daily basis before our very eyes.
An individual sovereign country contributes to The IMF and the WB, which in turn lends and extend loans to help other countries in a financially weak condition, distress, or on the verge of financial collapse. Some countries will seek loans or support from those international institutions as some have already done. Under those circumstances, the recipient countries will be subject to the terms of the loans.Soon major countries, as their economies collapse due to the derivatives bubble (created by the bankers), will be begging for a solution and that solution will be for the World Monetary Fund (WMF) and the World Bank to come to their rescue by bailing them out and taking over the banks. Very easy and simple as we are witnessing. All countries and banks are in chaos today They will be willing give control of their banks and economies to the One World Order as the people will be rioting because they have lost their jobs.
I know the JFK assassination has been ripe with conspiracy theories. I have no interest in arguing on this with you as everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. Both John F. Kennedy with his Executive Order 11110, and President Lincoln, who decided to print "greenbacks" to finance the Civil War, tried to usurp the power of the Federal Reserve/Central Bank and they were both assassinated for it. Kennedy was assassinated some 5 months after he signed the Executive Order and Lincoln also some time after the war.
