It's been a couple of days on JRef forums now and i've finally decided to say a formal "hi".
First, i'd like to point out that all the barriers to prevent registering from a russian IP are justified, considering that country's bad reputation, no grumbling here. I wasn't banned after creating a couple of posts and even after posting a couple of external links, so i guess once you make it past the barriers - it's OK even with that tricolor flag under the avatar =)
Just like most of the folks here I'm into all things japanese: from kancho to seals of Japan's cities (seal of Hirosaki being my favourite) And for me there's no greater joy than getting my hands on some japanese stuff (which are rather difficult to obtain here, in western part of Russia). You should've seen my rejoicing when i finally procured a tofu press, a coagulant and made my very first batch of tofu =窶杣
I've been studying japanese for a year now, and there's no turning back (for me, the point of no return was getting hang of kana)
As you can see i even pretend to know english. My expressions in english tend to be cumbersome and complex, but that's just the way they are, deal with it =窶杣
That's it. The forum has already proven to be helpful and I hope that my stay here will be lasting and untroubled.
